| Michael, Wendy and Sophie Jay of M&W Jay Park Homes Limited have had the pleasure of owning Crossways Shop and Caravan Site for nearly two years now. Alongside a small but strong team who run the business on a day-to-day basis. During our time as owners, we have undergone many renovation works on the caravan site. We started out by going back to basics by clearing all bushes and brambles then erecting a new fence for a more secure and structured site. We then refreshed the toilet blocks by replacing the existing shower cubicles in both the Men's and Ladies and then gave everywhere a lick of paint. We have since focussed on the layout of the pitches by creating a new road, planting Laurel Bushes and put up another fence to construct boundary lines. |

| Our most exciting addition has been to install new fully serviced pitches which means the ease of a holiday stay by hooking up to electric, water and drainage. For extra security measures, we have had both a CCTV and alarm system installed which is operational 24 hours a day. One of our most accomplished refurbishments is the tent area which is now level and healthy with thick green grass and has an electric hook up available on both pitches. Don't forget to pop into the shop during your stay to reserve your favourite newspaper or pre-order some freshly baked bread from our local supplier.. Hope to see you soon.. |

| We are thrilled to offer a Willerby Sunset, 6 Berth Holiday Static Caravan, fully winterized home with central heating and double glazing. Gas, Electricity, bed linen and TV/DVD Player are included in the price of your break. The kitchen is fully furnished with all your essential needs such as crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave, kettle, toaster, full sized oven and fridge. Family shower room with en-suite toilet attached to the master bedroom. You will need to bring your own towels, toiletries and washing up materials. |
